We currently ship within the USA (this includes APO/FPO addresses) ONLY. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Our processing time is currently 7 business days (unless otherwise noted, see below).
Once your order has left our office 1st class shipping takes approx. 3-5 business days and Priority Mail takes approx. 2-4 business days.
If you are placing an order of 10 or more items, please allow additional time for order processing. If you would like an exact timeframe, please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.
If you are an associate and placing an order for a kit, store credit order or ordering inventory, please allow up to 2 weeks (14 business days) for processing.

Exchange - Returns & Warranty Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for store credit or refund (excluding shipping).
Damaged Products: All products are warrantied for 15 days of original purchase and covers manufacturer defect only. Warranty does not cover damage caused by customer. Damaged product may be returned for exchange of exact product (Charmsations covers return shipping).
